User Manual

Below are all the steps to start all possible operations in NWS , beginning with the creation of a new account to the activation of issuance/verification services.

Prerequisites

Production Environment

To access the Namirial Wallet Studio in the production environment, it is mandatory to sign a formal agreement with Namirial regarding the Wallet product. Only after signing this agreement you will be granted the necessary permissions and credentials to access the production platform.

Test Environment

Currently, for the test/demo environment, no formal agreement is required. To gain access permissions to the Namirial Wallet Studio in the test environment, you can contact s.izzo@namirial.com, g.cortese@namirial.com or m.scognamiglio@namirial.com who will provide you with the credentials needed to test and explore the product.

User Journey

  1. Go to NWS and log in.
    If you don’t already have a Namirial account, you’ll need to create one, click on “Sign up”.

  2. Create a MyNamirial Account
    Be sure to use the email address that was provided during the preliminary setup. This is required to ensure proper authorization for accessing NWS.

  3. Confirm Your Email
    After registering, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you submitted.
    Open the email and follow the instructions to confirm your email address.

Now that you're logged into NWS, you can navigate using the sidebar.
At this stage, all sections should be empty except for “User” and “Customer”.

On your first login, you will see:

  • A pre-defined Customer associated with your service, as established during the agreement phase.

  • A single User with Customer Administrator role, linked to that Customer and representing your account.

You can now navigate through the sidebar and begin performing custom operations.

Below are examples of common use cases you can explore:

  • Dashboard: This section provides a quick overview of your active services, allowing you to monitor their status and performance. It offers essential metrics and insights to help you manage and assess your service operations efficiently.

  • Customer Section : in this section with a Customer administrator User you can manage the Customers by creating or updating a Customer.

  • User Section : In this space, a user with the Customer Administrator role can create and update other users, assigning them to a specific Customer.

  • Credential Template : Create any type of credential you need, ensure compliance with the EU using the Attestation Rulebook, or manage custom credentials for tailored services.

  • Issuance: Here, you can define your own credential issuance services and view all transaction data generated by them.

  • Service: Create a new issuance service to provide credentials to Wallet-users.
  • Transaction: View all interactions and activity related to your created issuance services.
  • Verification: Create your own credential verification services and vie all transaction data generated by them.
  • Template: define the credential template used in your verification services by specifying which proprieties are mandatory and which are optional for a presentation.
  • Service: Create a new Presentation service to receive credentials from Wallet-users.
  • Transaction: View all interactions and activity related to your created verification services.
