MyNamirial update — what’s changing and what you need to do
TL;DR: after the update you’ll be signed out. Simply log in again (no new registration needed). If you’ve enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you may be asked for it during sign-in. The interface will be refreshed and aligned with other Namirial products.
Why you’re seeing this
We’re rolling out an important MyNamirial update to improve security, visual consistency, and ease of use. The goal is to deliver a smoother, more uniform experience across the Namirial ecosystem.
What’s changing
1) Active sessions will be ended
- After the update, existing sessions will be signed out.
- Next time you open MyNamirial, you’ll be asked to log in again with your credentials.
- ✅ No new registration is required—just sign in.
2) Login flow and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
The authentication flow has been streamlined and made consistent across applications. Here’s how it works:
Apps that always require 2FA (e.g., Namirial Archive):
Nothing changes for you. If the application mandates a second factor, you’ll be asked for it as usual.Apps that do not mandate 2FA:
- If you have configured a second factor on your MyNamirial account, you will be prompted for it at login.
- If you haven’t configured a second factor, you can log in without 2FA.
Manage your 2FA
- To set up or remove a second factor, go to:
👉 https://my.namirial.app/security - Lost your 2FA device? Use the recovery procedure described here:
👉 Reset Credentials
Tip: if you frequently use multiple Namirial apps, enabling 2FA on your MyNamirial account increases security and makes login behavior more consistent.
3) Refreshed UI
- The interface has been updated and aligned with the visual language of other Namirial products, following the “One Company” ethos.
- You’ll notice a cleaner, more consistent look, with no changes to the core features you use every day.
What you need to do (quick checklist)
- After the update, log in.
- If you use 2FA, have your method ready (authenticator app, token, etc.).
- To enable/disable 2FA: https://my.namirial.app/security
- If you lost your 2FA device, follow the recovery procedure: Reset Credentials
In other words, you don’t need to do anything special: just sign in (and, if needed, recover your second factor).
FAQ

- In other apps only if you’ve enabled 2FA on your MyNamirial account.
Where can I manage my second factor?
Anytime under Security settings: https://my.namirial.app/security.
I lost my phone / can’t access 2FA. What should I do?
Follow the recovery procedure here: Reset Credentials.
