Reset Credentials

This procedure allows you to reset your login credentials:

• Username
• Password
• Second authentication factor (see here for more details)

From the login page, click Forgot Password? link to reset your credentials.

Insert your email and click Submit.

An email will be sent to you.

Click the button "Choose a new password" on the email to start the procedure.

If you already have a second authentication factor, you will be asked to create a new one.

Enter a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields (both fields must contain the same value). Click the Submit button.

Now you have a new password to manage your profile.
